Our Shipping Methods
Efficient Shipping Options
Delivery of goods ordered in our store are carried out through trusted courier companies - GLS and DPD. All orders placed before 12:00 are shipped the same day!
The delivery time is 1 to 2 working days*.
*Working days - means days of the week from Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

The cost per parcel is described in the table below:

For bulky orders consisting of several parcels, the shipment is made on a pallet. The cost per pallet is described in the table below:

For each order, our system calculates the most efficient shipment for you. When we process your order, you will be informed by email about the way and the partner with whom the shipment was made, as well as the tracking number.
For orders over 200€ the shipping is free!
In the absence of the Customer at the address provided by them when placing the order, the carriers’ employee will leave a notice or attempt to contact by phone to determine the date on which the Customer will be present. In the case of returning the ordered goods to the online store by the supplier, the seller will contact the Customer by e-mail or by phone, re-arranging the date and cost of delivery with the Customer.
For orders over 200€ the shipping is free!
